PBO APPOINTS PETER PASTREICH
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Paul Sugarman, President of the Board of Directors, announced on May 21, 2009, that Philharmonia Baroque Orchestra has appointed Peter Pastreich (left) as its new executive director, effective June 1. Peter is a veteran orchestra leader with four decades of experience, including executive positions with the San Francisco Symphony and St. Louis Symphony, as well as a successful international consulting and teaching practice.
