Free In-School Program
Five Philharmonia Baroque string players will play a fabulous selection of duos, trios, quartets and quintets (including a quodlibet by Mozart!) on authentic stringed instruments from the classical period of music. In addition to demonstrating their instruments, the performers will discuss the evolution of the music written for string players and the historic functions this music has served.

Application Deadline: October 4th, 2012
Teachers are encouraged to coordinate with their school colleagues and with neighboring schools to bring interested students to hear this In-School Program.
