If you cannot attend a performance, we will exchange your tickets for another Philharmonia Baroque Orchestra subscription series performance within the current season. Exchanges are subject to availability. Exchanges into a higher-priced sections will be charged the difference. The difference for exchanges into lower-priced sections will not be refunded, but will be considered as a donation. Expired tickets to past concerts are not valid for exchanges.
Full Series Subscribers
Exchanging by mail – Exchanges received by mail are free. We must receive the tickets at least two business days before the first date of the two concerts involved. Please mail your tickets to Philharmonia Baroque’s offices with a note indicating the date you would like to exchange into and a self-addressed stamped envelope. Do not cut or mark the tickets.
Exchanging by phone – You may exchange by phone for a fee of $10 per call. Phone exchanges must be completed 24 hours prior to the first performance date being exchanged.
Quartet and Trio Series Subscribers
Exchanging by mail – Four- and three-concert subscribers are allowed 2 free exchanges by mail during the season. Any exchange after that limit is $5 per exchange. We must receive the tickets at least two business days before the first date of the two concerts involved.
